The Gold DayTrader is an advanced trading robot designed to execute buy and sell trades in the gold market. Buy Trades

  • Lot Size: The size of each trade in lots. Default value is 0.1.
  • Stop Loss: The maximum loss in pips allowed for each long (buy) trade. Default value is 490 pips.
  • Take Profit: The desired profit target in pips for each long (buy) trade. Default value is 410 pips.

Sell Trades

  • Lot Size: The size of each trade in lots. Default value is 0.1.
  • Stop Loss: The maximum loss in pips allowed for each short (sell) trade. Default value is 430 pips.
  • Take Profit: The desired profit target in pips for each short (sell) trade. Default value is 290 pips.

3. Entry Strategy

Buy Trades

First Moving Average Long

  • Period: The period over which the moving average is calculated. Default value is 65.
  • Method: The method used for calculating the moving average. Default method is Simple Moving Average (SMA).

Second Moving Average Long

  • Period: The period over which the moving average is calculated. Default value is 285.
  • Method: The method used for calculating the moving average. Default method is Simple Moving Average (SMA).

Sell Trades

First Moving Average Short

  • Period: The period over which the moving average is calculated. Default value is 85.
  • Method: The method used for calculating the moving average. Default method is Simple Moving Average (SMA).

Second Moving Average Short

  • Period: The period over which the moving average is calculated. Default value is 240.
  • Method: The method used for calculating the moving average. Default method is Simple Moving Average (SMA).

4. Confirmation Indicators

For Buy Trades

First Confirmation Indicator ADX

  • Period: The period over which the ADX indicator is calculated. Default value is 14.
  • Value: The threshold value for confirming buy trades. Default value is 15.0.

For Sell Trades

First Confirmation Indicator ADX

  • Period: The period over which the ADX indicator is calculated. Default value is 14.
  • Value: The threshold value for confirming sell trades. Default value is 15.0.

5. Dynamic Exit Logic

Fast Moving Averages (Long) for the First Dynamic Exit

  • Period: The period over which the moving average is calculated. Default value is 88.
  • Method: The method used for calculating the moving average. Default method is Simple Moving Average (SMA).
  • Period: The time frame for the exit logic. Default value is NULL.

Slow Moving Averages (Long) for the First Dynamic Exit

  • Period: The period over which the moving average is calculated. Default value is 275.
  • Method: The method used for calculating the moving average. Default method is Simple Moving Average (SMA).
  • Period: The time frame for the exit logic. Default value is NULL.

Fast Moving Averages (Short) for the First Dynamic Exit

  • Period: The period over which the moving average is calculated. Default value is 10.
  • Method: The method used for calculating the moving average. Default method is Exponential Moving Average (EMA).

Slow Moving Averages (Short) for the First Dynamic Exit

  • Period: The period over which the moving average is calculated. Default value is 150.
  • Method: The method used for calculating the moving average. Default method is Simple Moving Average (SMA).

Money Management (Long) for the First Dynamic Exit

  • Order Minutes: The time frame for executing the exit logic in minutes. Default value is 506.
  • Pips Amount: The desired profit amount in pips for long trades. Default value is 82.0.

Money Management (Short) for the First Dynamic Exit

  • Order Minutes: The time frame for executing the exit logic in minutes. Default value is 392.
  • Pips Amount: The desired profit amount in pips for short trades. Default value is 178.0.
